“On Saturday 24th Sept I spent over 6 hours in Mrs P’s Hairdressing Salon & what an amazing experience!!! I had umpteen amounts of tea, a scrumptious cake and an amazing lunch of jacket potato, beans and cheese, all courtesy of Mrs P & her team. OH YES, the hair! These ladies really know their stuff, they were amazing. I felt completely at ease and confident in what they were doing. They worked really hard on my hair to get it to where I wanted it to be and the end result was stunning. I came out feeling incredible. “I went in for a Tattoo here 7 weeks ago, I went in for a Tattoo of Stitch today.. I have never gone to a studio twice before and the feeling of friendliness and professionalism from my first visit made me want to come back. The guys are absolute professionals who keep you feeling calm and relaxed throughout the whole process, they will look after you every step of the way. I am already planning my third visit with them. Absolute legends!!!”

“I have been shopping at pebbles for just over a year, I always go there to get my daughters holiday clothes and trackies for the winter. The staff are always super helpful when it comes to sizing, I needed a dress for holiday and the size wasn’t available in store the ladies kindly ordered it for me and I had it within two days, they always go above and beyond for their customers which is rare to find in most shops!”

“I am a regular customer here. I go every 2 weeks for SNS and 4 weeks for full gel pedicure. Jess the owner is lovely, as is everyone else. They have a laugh with their clients and make you feel instantly welcome. The review from 'anon anon' should be ignored. The amount of colours on SNS, Gelish, shellac and standard paints are crazy! So much choice! Their skills are amazing. Just taking in a pattern they will copy it. They also do the 'chrome technique' powders. The prices are slightly higher but so is the skill set. I will pay for quality and I certainly do at P&P. Wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“I had such a great experience today at bexleyheath newlook. I was trying on a coat I really liked and wasn't sure if I could get away with the length. A lovely assistant called roseanne could see I wasn't sure came over and gave her advice which was really helpful to me. I purchased the coat. Infact it was the second time roseanne has helped me I remembered her from my last visit. Just before Christmas I was in purchasing a few other items and there was a sheet mask for a child I was interested in but was worried about the ingredients and any reaction it may cause. Roseanne new all about the ingredients and showed me. We had a short chat about skin sensitivity and not only did she give me advice about the mask she advised me about own skin health condition and I took that advice and I remembered her because my skin has cleared up remarkably. I thanked her today for all her help.The customer service was excellent both times. It really makes a difference to be assisted by such a genuinely helpful and friendly person.”
