“I was here to buy a backpack for a friend. The shop itself is not huge (as compared to those in the city centre which have two floors) but have a good stock of a variety of items (esp the children section) , at a cheaper price (due to duty free). There are quite a lot of items on sale as well. The staff are super friendly in helping me to get items that are stored too high to my height, and in storing that for me at the counter while I shop, without being too aggressive. The paying process is quick as well.”

It took less than 15 minutes for the team to bring the right size from another terminal store. “Been here twice now (first time I had to purchase a weeks worth of clothes as I brought my wrong bag for a flight to Abu Dhabi), both times have been exceptionally good, unfortunately I don't have their names but there was a gentleman sales assistant that has always gone above and beyond even today finding me by my gate to check whether I had a Heathrow rewards number for the points.
