“I came across Silhouette by chance whilst frantically trying to find a prom dress for my daughter. I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. “Popped into the shop this morning without knowing we needed an appointment. We were greeted with such a caring smile and after saying we would make an appointment and come back, were welcomed into the shop to have a look before the next appointment arrived. With an idea of what my daughter wanted for her uncle's wedding the lovely owner had two dresses picked out for her and showed her with no rush to the fitting room. Within 5 minutes she had a dress that she was over the moon with. Amazing service thank you so much, we have a happy daughter”

“I’m from New York and was on a school trip to London. Because the toys I want are out of stock in America and jellycat is from London, I searched “jellycat” in Google Maps and saw there is a comment saying”a huge collection of jellycat” under “So Tiny London”. I went to So Tiny, there was no stock but Emma said she could help retain the toys when they are in stock and send toys to New York. Thanks Emma, I received the toys and they are very lovely.”

Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us. “A must visit if you’re looking for designer clothing at a good price. Especially if you’re looking for japanese brands such as Commes Des Garcons, Issey Miyake or Junya Watanabe. Take this with a grain of salt though as the selection of course changes depending on what the staff can get ahold off, the selection they have though is still very well curated and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. “Jasleen has become more of a friend throughout the process of buying a dress form Sequinze. She is personable, polite, honest and genuinely amazing at what she does. Sequinze collection is the best I’ve seen, from elegant threadwork and hand embroidery, the attire is never tacky or too shiny. The colour palette is incredible and the quality speaks for itself. Due to COVID and wedding postponements, I finally received my dress, and I can say it was definitely worth the wait! I personally bought a dress that was for a pre-wedding event, however would recommend all brides to look in Sequinze for the wedding dress too! Jasleen was extremely understanding when I wanted to change the colour, the dupatta material and when I requested extra fabric for a headscarf. She provided a full service and everyone was amazed at the clothes!”

I ordered a jacket a few weeks ago which was dispatched by them very quickly but then got stuck in a Royal Mail centre and still seems to be there. I let Izabel London know and they instantly replied and sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't get better service than this. “First time buyer, and would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. Fabulous selection of items, at a very reasonable cost compared to competitors. I ordered a lehanga for a wedding, and the craftsmanship and beautiful detailing is second to none! They obviously take very good care when making the clothing. Even better, they are so easy to contact, and were very helpful and responsive to all queries I had. Allow a bit of extra time for your items to arrive, they are very timely and communicative about when your items will arrive, but of course they need adequate time to make it, especially if you are submitting sepcific body measurements! I left mine very last minute but they still got it to me on time for my flight to India. Thank you Andaaz!!”
