He used his own initiative to identify suitable shoes, and came back multiple times with new suggestions. He gave clear explanations for technical differences between the available shoes, and was prompt, friendly and articulate. He listened carefully to my mother as she tried on the shoes and explained what she needed. Josh showed his expertise on the variety of shoes, of which there are many in store to choose from, and quickly checked stock levels for those shoes that were not available in store. Josh even brought different sizes to try and genuinely appeared happy to help, with a positive attitude, and even brought over a stool for my mum to sit on to try the shoes. In the end, my mum found and bought a pair that was suitable and is now delighted - thanks largely to Josh and his exemplary level of customer service. Thanks Josh and thanks Skechers, Wembley.”

“I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather . She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather . Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days. Heather, only for you - I would have left the store - gladly , you were there and thank you for giving me the most pleasant shoe shopping experience at Clarkes - it’s a first.
