“This was my favorite pub. We spent a great deal of time and money there. Good friends made, both staff and locals. Unfortunately, the manager, has no class and a bad attitude. The Runner is on suspension, for me, for 60 days. If it ever happens again, I won’t spend another £ there. Reply - I am not about to Dox anybody. We love the food, atmosphere and friendships. The absolute majority of your staff is excellent. A little bit of tact goes a long way though, as opposed to a “Shoosh”. You should indeed have a conversation with managers about how they deal with people, especially some that drop 500 quid a month. Thanks, Ollie, Very Best.
