“I recommend these guys to absolutely everyone who will listen! I'm really shocked at the negative comments below. Steve has been amazing with my dog who has needed major surgery on a tumour, and has just had 2 more removed. The prognosis isn't good and he has been honest and straight talking (which I'm guessing is wrongly taken as rude by some), compassionate, realistic and has gone above and beyond each time I've taken Izzy in. I've also had a previous dog put to sleep there by Alex. Again, compassionate, patient, lets you go at your own pace and was lovely. The receptionists (I've cried over Gemma many times now) are outstanding. Always helpful, always caring, get to know you personally and make you feel like you're their only client. If you're looking for a vet that will tell it as it is and treat your pet as their own, these are your guys.”

“I’ve always had great care at this hospital, from the nurses and staff who looked after me when I had an op, to the physio department, to my surgeon himself. The building is a bit dated if you compare it to the Guildford Nuffield, but that’s the only fault I can really find with it”

“I love this club. I go to fitness and pilates classes, and swim there. My child also really enjoys the pool. It never feels too overcrowded. There's a very relaxed feel to the club. The classes offered are good overall. Staff very friendly too. Situated in a leafy, quiet area of West Byfleet.”

“I’ve been a patient at Synergy since I was small and this is the only dentist I’ve ever been to. Jay has been my dentist for a very long time and have never had any issues with my teeth thanks to him. I’ve also had retainers made at the practice which have been amazing for keeping my teeth straight from braces. “Amazing pharmacy- always quick turn around, delivery even late into the evening. Normally meds received within 24 hours of prescription- quickest was within 2 hours! When I was out and they tried to deliver, left me a card to call them and then meds came next day. Also super helpful with my grandparents medication and arranging deliveries through covid. Such helpful and friendly staff too when you get them on the phone or WhatsApp. I recommend to everyone esp those with elderly relatives.”

“Lovely counter staff - always helpful. My elderly parents both have lengthy prescriptions and these are dealt with well. There WERE teething problems when Paul left but no-one has ever been rude or arrogant. They are terribly busy at times and sometimes you have to wait. But it's never the end of the world and may not even be their fault. I'm glad Horsell has a good Pharmacy.”

“My children and I have used this practice for over 15 years and we have always been treated exceptionally well. Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention. Can highly recommend.”
