“We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

“We used Suit Direct in Watford to source suits for our wedding. The salesmen were incredibly helpful and tried every route to get all the right sizes for a number of suits. They were also very knowledgeable and able to provide some great recommendations for tailoring, accessories, and ideas. There was a delay with the suit bags but they contacted us as soon as they were available.”

“Fantastic, clean nail shop, always pleased with my nails have had both acrylic dip powder and gel on natural nails. I first visited to get my nails done for my wedding day and haven’t looked back since. The staff are very friendly, work incredibly hard and go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. I’ve been to a few salons and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Watford.”

“I went in over the weekend with my boyfriend, he needed a suit for his graduation. We looked at suits that were on display however we couldnt pick one we liked, we then was served by Samir who showed us sample cloths on tailor me range and we found the perfect colour. I understand this place is under threat of closure . I think people should work hard to protect this kind of establishment, so much better in quality and taste than the chain fast food places.”

“Up there as one of our favourites. Bring your own alcohol, they will add a small corkage fee. which always makes it a cheap night out. Food is amazing and you always want more even though you are stuffed. You can order shisha in the garden area. Garden area is fully heater and roasting on a cold November night. I didn’t want to leave. They also have a big screen in the back for footy. Went on a Tuesday night wasn’t overly crowded. Get the Baba Ghanoush 5* They add 10% service charge to the bill”

“This lounge/ restaurant is amazing. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, the shisha quality is the best I have ever had and I have been to a number of places. I have been dealt with by the amazing Nicola, and I can only say that this is the first time in the last 6 years (since I came to this country) that I can say that I have had an outstanding job done. Besides, everytime I go all the ladies who work there (and especially Nicola) look after me so well! It feels like a little family.
