On the day of delivery, she sent me pictures of the flowers and message card via WhatsApp, and let me know as soon as it was delivered so I can call my parents and wish them! My mom was literally gushing over the beautiful flowers every day that week! The entire process from placing the order to delivery was thoughtful and an excellent customer experience.
