“They are always booked and busy which is a good thing. A lovely bunch of people, did a wonderful work on me and my friend’s nails. Took their time , understanding wat we wanted and did exactly wat we asked for and that too perfectly and trying to converse and make us feel comfortable. Came here on a colleague’s recommendation and it was so worth it. Would totally recommend. Sometimes Ull have to wait a lot but again that means they’ll take that time with u as well.”

“Have been coming to this salon for the past 7 years now to do my pedicures and sometimes acrylics. They are always busy no matter what time you go but the quality of their work is good depending on which staff you get. I'm not fussy who does my nails as long as it comes out nice!”

“I have been received so well each time I have entered this place. The staff are friendly and they really take their time to ensure that your nails are done well. I went for something adventurous that they hadn't done before but were willing to try. The job took 2.5 hours waiting for the varnish to dry (both inside and outside of the nails) and it came out BEAUTIFULLY! I have never received such outstanding service from a nail shop - thoroughly impressed!!!”

“Always happy with my nails. Kate, Daiva, and Ellie are all lovely technicians that take their time perfecting your nails. I always book online, as they are a very busy salon and I like to ensure I have an appointment. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. But I started going to Eden when the first store opened years ago, so I know what to expect when I go in. You may get a few people doing your nails. You may move seats. You may catch management on a bad day. But aside from one recent bad SNS experience, which Mary and Zuzanna rectified, I haven't had many others. I have tried a few other salons in Thurrock, but they never leave me as happy as a trip to Eden does so I won't go anywhere else now. Update - December 2022 Just had my SNS extensions done by Ellie and she did a wonderful job of my Christmas glittery nails, really pleased with how they came out. Ellie took her time, and made sure I had the shape I wanted and that all my nails matched.”

“I feel very happy with the service provided, especially the pedicures. The way they cleaned the skin and massage my feet was very comfortable. The workers there was also very nice and friendly. This is a good place to go to and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!”

“For an inexpensive hotel it is perfect. It is super clean albeit the rooms and bathrooms are small. We stayed in the family room which had plenty of beds. It fit my family of four just fine with a wee bit of room for a friend. They did not have air condition but the fan worked excellent despite it being a warm day. Location is perfect, neighborhood is safe and it's not far from public transportation. Plus the desk receptionist was keeping a keen eye to make sure who was there is suppose to be. I will be returning for sure. It's all we need for a great stay. My only advice for visitors is bring your own soap and shampoo. Beyond that all is excellent with a very fair price.”

“I love yen’s- the quality of the manicure and pedicure is excellent. My shellac never seemed to last very long until I started getting my nails done here after a neighbour recommended Yen’s to me. The service is good, quick and quality of the shellac manicure and pedicures is long lasting. They’re helpful if you have any issues - I don’t get my nails done elsewhere now. Thank you!!!”

“Today I had Elma do my lashes from start to end these ladies did there best to accomadate me ... from booking the appointment last minute all the way till the end ... the receptionist was lovely and then I had Elma install my lashes ... she made me feel so comfortable and really cared about how I felt and the look I wanted . I left very chuffed I used to do eyelashes myself so I know how it all goes but Elma has done them the best and I will continue to go back and tell everyone how good this lash place is . Thankyou”
