“Final call-out on the saga of playing up John Lewis Fridge Freezer, which, sadly, after 12 years, needs now to be replaced. We Repair would have replaced the temp control and motherboard, but, the engineer discovered that the gas was only at 50%, which means there is a leak, not repairable, so need to replace. When he said "Hello" in a husky voice I jumped out of my skin! Apparently he also says "everything for a tenner" but he didn't say that to me.
