The rents have gone up currently due to the market conditions, but it’s totally worth the price as it has a lot to offer with various communal gardens, designated kids’ play area, co-working space and a lot more! The view from it’s roof top garden is so beautiful that you could spend the whole day out there! The team works very hard to serve their tenants and come up with get-together parties regularly. The locality is very well connected with the station, grocery stores, and the high street at a walkable distance from the building. “A lovely pub with a slightly more modern feel than your average spoons. Standard seating options available with seating out the front as well and picnic benches out the back (there is also a small covered area out the back). In fact there is a very colourful stained glass thingy on the ceiling just before you go out the back - just in case you're interested in that sort of thing. The staff were friendly and cheerful and the breakfast (with eggs) was as good as always. I did hang around after my late breakfast and the Guinness was excellent.”
