Warm friendly atmosphere in Harrow

“I don’t normally leave reviews but the food here exceed my expectations. I ordered take out and even by the time I got home the food was warm, the pizza and everything else I’ve ordered was fresh. My family and I really enjoyed it!! I prefer this place over any other place in my area.”

“Lovely nursery teachers and staff were caring kind. My little girl loved to go to her nursery each and every single day she enjoyed her company of friends and teachers at the nursery. Teachers were very supportive and helpful in regards to the child's development. Best place to start little ones learning journey.”

“We held my uncles Wake at the Harrow Inn yesterday. Alison and Dave were very helpful in making the arrangements over the phone, as we are not from the area. The buffet was plentiful and offered a great selection of tasty food. They were able to cater for our vegan and gluten free family members with a nice selection also. We had use of a private room and indeed the whole bar including the garden, should we have needed it. Friendly hosts and good food, we were pleased we chose this venue and would recommend it!”

“We had to park the car along a near by road since the place doesnt have a dedicated parking space. The food is amazing. We tried different types of crab and all tasted very good. You have be ready to get messy if you want to try good crab meat. It is recommended to call and make a reservation since there was limited seating. Would definitely go again.”

“Very beautifully looking cozy old pub in the middle of High Street, only 5-10 minutes by bus from Stratford stations, Leytonstone stations and Westfield Shopping Centre (buses 257, 308) or short walk from Leyton station. It located next to a small but pretty local park too. It offers cooked meals, party hiring venue, food and drinks... and recently started to offer Salsa lessons! There is also a heated garden. I have seen wheelchair access outside too.”

“After having a chinese favorite restaurant for years which now closed down, we discovered this lovely place! The roast duck and the beef in black bean sauce are absolutely amazing, the way we got used to. Happy that the tasty original recipes can still be enjoyed.”

“1st time there but my friend has been a few times. We got the Xmas feast 3 courses and weren't disappointed (though parsnips could be cooked a little longer ). The Turkey which I don't usually have was so moist it melted in your mouth. Try the Scallops and Prawn the jus was so tasty ( especially when I pinched 1 of my friend's finger toast ). The Xmas pudding and sauce was perfect to finish off and they gave enough time to let you digest each course. Teresa our server was so friendly and funny. It made my experience even better. I bought 2 extra Turkey dinners to take away and the recipients said they really liked them. So well done to the Chef and team. I live too far away now.but next time I'm up visiting my friend we'll be back. Sorry no photo of the scallops and prawns or mushrooms.”

“As always, the service is amazing, but today they went above and beyond, specially the gentleman that seated us (I think his name is Frank). Firstly we arrived around 8 PM with no reservation (I know, big mistake considering which day is today, we went expecting the chance to have to eat somewhere else), and even though the restaurant was fully booked he still went the extra mile to find us a place. While waiting for our drinks and food I noticed how busy it was, how all the staff was almost running around without a chance to stop, and still everyone was friendly and professional. This deserves a huge appreciation for all the team. While waiting for our food I realised that probably a lot of people will be coming with flowers, which I am extremely allergic to (actually I realised when a couple came in with flowers). Again, this lovely gentleman took the challenge to have that in mind when seating other people around us (which I know it's a big inconvenience and I felt so awful for putting them in that position). I can't say how grateful I am for being able to have the chance to enjoy dinner without worrying about that. Food was amazing like always, our server was more than amazing. 10/10”

“I brought the kids (6&3) to see Sheetal as their first trip to the dentist in a while. I was prepared for tears and reluctance to even open their mouths but Sheetal was so warm and friendly with the kids. She made them feel comfortable and even excited about the whole experience. I would 100% recommend this practice especially if you have children - my kids have been taking her advice on how to brush their teeth and have been loving teeth brushing time as they get to use their timers which were kindly gifted by the practice.”
