“Fantastic experience for my first time using this salon - all staff friendly, lovely atmosphere and excellent quality of service. Eva took an awful head of post-lockdown hair ( dyed brown, blonde roots, outgrown style) and transformed it with a colour correction and several hours of pampering. Despite two colour lifts, my hair is shiny and still in excellent condition - thanks to her expertise and dedication. I would definitely recommend, and will be returning again.”

“If I could rate 10 stars, I would and that's mainly because of our server, Catherine. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and couldn't be more helpful. We took my 94 year old Grandmother for lunch and was joined by my auntie who was celebrating her birthday. Catherine noticed this and arranged a lovely birthday dessert for her. The whole afternoon was perfect. The restaurant is stunning and the food was incredible. We will definitely be back.”

“With friends we had our first taste of the food from Thai Spicy at The Kings Head for a Friday lunch. We all had starters and main courses the food was very well presented and very tasty. The service was exceptional by a very friendly lady who made us feel very welcome. I'm sure we will be returning in the not too distant future.”

Let us have multiple fittings as it suited (pardon the pun) us. I am a big lad but had everything in my size. We lost a shirt and were charged a reasonable fee for replacement (much less than i expected) Well worth a visit.”

“We had a very pleasant time, the food was great and the service was perfect. Our waitress was very polite and attentive even though it was very busy. The only thing I think you could improve on is having lamb more often as it was delicious”

The menu has a great variety of dishes, and everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Pad Thai and the Green Curry - they're both to die for! Now I’ve lived in California for a few years and I sorely miss good Mexican food - which is something London sadly doesn’t have many good options to offer. This place is such a treat! When you walk in, you know you’re going to have something good happen. It has a hipster, hole-in-the-wall restaurant feel to it, and they being it with good food! It hope they just get the flavours better and better with time. Will defo be visiting more often. My recommendation - chicken/beef tacos with the loaded fries - ask them to add a touch more sauce. Churros with hazelnut chocolate - you can’t go wrong.”

“I recently ordered a large cod fish and chips and easily one of the best places so far.. the chip I can’t stop eating it because it’s so crispy but soft inside 10/10 a must try and the fish was top notch and very friendly people in that shop. whenever I need my fish and chips fix The Anchor is my new Go to”

“We've been ordering from Mahan for over 10 years now and they have never failed to deliver! The food is of a very high quality, delicious and worth every penny. Sahidi and the team are also brilliant - so welcoming and friendly. We always collect (because we are so close and it is quicker) and the reception area is super clean and tidy. Joyden’s Wood are lucky to have such an amazing takeaway on our doorstep!”

“Massive portions at reasonable prices, had no.3 breakfast (I think). Plum toms, mush, fried slice, 2/3 slices bacon, egg, sausage, tea and 2 toast, £6.90! October 2022 as a reference point for prices. I work in SW London and would have to pay £8.50-9.00 for smaller portion. Clean, outside seating/smoking area to front.”

“I love this place and have since taken different people along with me to enjoy it too. We have always been made to feel incredibly welcome by the owners and the food and hot drinks are great. The portions are really large but with a focus on well sourced produce which is very important to the owners. The prices of everything listed are incredibly reasonable and the range of cakes and baked goods are extensive and delicious.”

“Of all the Chinese takeaway I've had in London, this is by far the most delicious. I had the dragon express special fried rice and loved it. Great portion size with a delicious sauce over vegetables, chicken, beef, and prawns. I also highly recommend the duck rolls. I'll definitely be eating here again!”
