Warm and welcoming atmosphere in New Malden

“They are really amazing, friendly and professional staff. Alway taking care, time and effort on you and your hair… it had been years since I met a barber like this. I really do recommend this barber… I travel 1 and a half hour just to get this haircut even though there are other local barbers around my area… so you should know how good this barber must be. They also have a coffee shop next door so if there is a long queue I do recommend going into the shop and wait until your turn.”

Best of all was the Kadai Paneer curry with it's lovely thick rich curry sauce, this always varies in quality but this was the best yet! Please don't change it!”

“I cant recommend this little deli enough. The crusty rolls are just like what we used to get from the bakery when I was a kid with lots of filling. My daughter had the panini cheese and ham and she loved it and she got homemade lemon drizzle cake to go. Great little place for lunch we will definitely be regulars. Oohh a d the gelato is yum and the woman running is the nicest. Great place”

“Very calm and pleasant atmosphere. Felt comfortable and at ease when having my acupuncture done, felt instantly lighter afterwards and less tense in my shoulders and face. Though will give it a few days to feel full affects. She was very flexible and understanding, when I had to switch the time of my appointment.”

“This Korean and Japanese restaurant is hidden at the back of the Seoul Plaza 2 shop by New Malden Fountain Roundabout, behind a sliding door. They serve Korean and Japanese food, though we weren't able to have sushi because the sushi chef wasn't there yet (so I assume a different chef for Korean food and different for Japanese food). Delicious well-seasoned food, good portions and very nice peaceful place. We called their mobile number to reserve a table for Sunday lunchtime but when we arrived it was very quiet with only one other table eating there. They do takeaways but don't have any printed takeaway menus, it's just whatever you like from the "full" eat-in menu. Will definitely be back!”

“I had a lovely breakfast here this morning. Food was cooked really well and you get plenty for your money! Service was great and staff were happy to customise dishes/add ingredients. Avocado on the side? No problem. Toast without butter? Sure. Overall, really impressed with Roberto and will be coming back again to visit this little New Malden gem!”

“Initially was going to a different restaurant but it was closed and I was starving. As it was takeout only I got the spicy fish cake gimbap which was £5 and came as 6 well filled hand rolls. It was actually spicy and the flavours and texture were phenomenal. If I wasn’t an hour from home I would have ordered more. Will definitely find time to return and try out the other menu options. The staff were nice and service was prompt and if they resume dine in again I’d dig the ambience”

“We saw the place as we were passing and stopped to try it. Probably the best South East Asian restaurant that I’ve had in a long long time. Would definitely recommend! The staff were super helpful and the orders came quick. The starter in the photo (I forgot the name!) was really good!”

The restaurant was already busy at 7.00pm on a Wednesday I think this shows how good the restaurant is. “Lovely little local cafe that can accommodate even the most fussy requests (me: bacon well done with no fat)! Their rolls and baguettes are super fresh and crispy and the smoothies are adored by the kids! Coffee also really good consistently. Go try their sausage and bacon baguette - you won’t need to go anywhere else afterwards!”

“I have been here many times and each time the shaved ice and matcha lattee is consistently great. I've tried many bingsoos in UK and around Europe and this is one of the best if not the best. Good selection of flavours though they do sometimes run out of some flavours and they have a strict no flexible time of closing off the bingsoo machine at 8:30pm despite closing at 9pm.”
