I had a recurring problem with my Golf (which no one else could fix) and whilst it wasn’t easy to resolve they were extremely fair, patient and helpful and finally found the problem. “Awesome team of ex-Volkswagen Audi Group technicians lead by Lee. I have been here many times and always been impressed. The last visit was no exception. VGS fitted me in within a couple of days, we’re happy to fit parts that I supplied, were able to provide me with a loan car (even though I only asked on arrival to drop my car off!!) and they had finished the job (replacing front discs & pads) in around an hour! I highly recommend these guys!”

Work was competitively priced, and done in the time they said it would be and perfectly to boot. “I don’t usually write these kind of things - but recently I’ve had some exceptional service so thought I would highlight for others. My daughters car has been a real pain with the electrics - so I took the car into Double Dee Bromley - for a start the diagnostics was v quick which gave me the opportunity to choose what to do - aka get the work done or get rid of the car - I left the car with Double Dee for 24 hours, and they managed to source the parts cheaper than they originally quoted - I must say, I was surprised that there are still good honest garages out there - not sure of the chaps name, but just wanted to say a massive thank you it was a huge relief for my daughter and I.”

Originally thought it would take up to 10 days to get the parts in then three days for the work, I dropped the car on Monday at 11am and picked it up Tuesday 4pm, repaired perfectly and cleaned. Very friendly, helpful service and obviously very fast. Can't comment on value for money though as my car is annoyingly expensive to repair.”
