“I have been meaning to write a review since I started using the garage many moons ago. As a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am an easy target to rip off (and I have been on more then one occasion in the past). However, Gary and his team are simply wonderful, they have looked after my car's for a number of years and I've never been dissapointed or let down. I've never had particularly expensive or fancy vehicles, so there are often problems that arise and need looking at. Gary will always try and help me out with the cheapest option and it's honest about what is an urgent repair and what can wait. I have moved out of the area within the last 18 months but happily travel back to Sutton to get my car looked at if needed, serviced and MOT'd. Would recommend without hesitation!”

In fact as we speak Denis reluctantly took on a job for me on my sons golf ( panoramic roof jammed open). “I live locally and I stopped by here on my way home from work on the off chance that they were free to do an MOT for me. I was greeted by a friendly chap who said that they could do it right away. I was told that it would take 45 minutes so I went home, had a cuppa and strolled back after about 40 minutes. When I got there, my car had been tested and was parked up outside the garage with my pass certificate inside. I paid, collected my key, and drove away. No issues at all. It’s always a worry when using a new garage as you do wonder whether they are going to find problems with your car just to generate some extra revenue but no such problem at this garage. I’d happily recommend them to friends, family and work colleagues and I will definitely use them again.”

“First time using these guys after finding them on Google search! Needed my car subwoofer and amp installation on my BMW E93, which is a nightmare to do. ( night mare is trying to locate a space to take the wires from back of car to front as my rear seats do not come down ) and all the wiring is hard work on these cars especially to a factory headset !! Honestly could of not found a better place and really nice people who absolutely got the know how, im guessing through all the past experiences In this field of work . “Finding a reputable and trustworthy garage is far more difficult than it should be. I've been guilty in the past of skimping on my repairs and going to the cheapest quote. My car has suffered as a result. Beam MOT are honest, reliable and transparent. Prices are known up front, work is carried out in an extremely timely and transparent manner. I called at 10:15 this morning for a repair, I was told to bring the car straight away, problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. I'm sitting here at 13:30 and the repair is already completed! I've had MOT's at Beam many times for previous cars and always felt like they were honest - I'm not taking my new car anywhere else. If you want a garage where you don't have to have that sinking feeling every time you walk in - I'd suggest Beam. They're a shining example that if you don't rip people off, you'll be successful and your reputation will provide all the advertising you need.”
