"By far the best experience with a garage in my 15 years of driving. Jay and his team are incredible & reasonable with setting expectations. I dropped my car off this morning, they ordered the parts and let me know it will be ready by the afternoon. At 12 my car was ready to collect. Cheekily I asked if they can do additional work and there were no complaints to do so, even though they already had a packed schedule. I collected my car & was told that they had put in a new bulb for free and pumped up my tyres. These small gestures make a huge impression. Especially for me who is time poor. The price I paid for the work today was reasonable, and cheaper than other quotes I’ve had. What made a difference was the trustworthiness I felt when I initially took my car in for a diagnosis. In my experience some garages would imply a repair is more serious and expensive than it really is. But not this garage. Thank you jay and team!"
