“On the menu for weekend 10/11th Feb 2018: Hu Time Nam Vang - tapioca noodles in pork broth, with succulent prawns, char sui pork, pork mince garnished with spring onions coriander and Chinese chive. Really excellent a wonderful break from my usual Pho I espied Banh mi 108 about a month back walking out of the tesco opposite. It's hidden away in an an unpretentious corner with a lite lime facade and no fancy display. To be honest if you aren't looking for it toh won't know it. However something about the place is inviting and cozy, and I kind of made a mental nite to gi and explore asap. Having tried out some excellent Vietnamese meat rolls in Birmingham last year, I was looking forward to coming in and comparing. Needless to say rhe ace is exceptional. The sUmmer roles were fresh made, rolled up delicately aromatic greens, some pork and prawns. Delicioso . Follows with a steaming hot bowl if Pho, beef soup and noodles with more greens, chillies and beansprouts. The broth was light, and fresh made and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed a great service. Will go back for more”

Just a tad more expensive than Wetherspoons but you get the benefit of a huge, dog-friendly garden with plenty of undercover seating and ample parking. TVs inside and out to watch your favourite sporting events and a nice ambience inside with the special features of open fireplace a stained glass cathedral style window ...the place has some character and charm and is good value. On the occasions I visited, the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Awesome on a sunny day for the outside layout alone. We'll worth a visit”

“Despite the bad reviews, i would really recommend this place, I've been coming here for 3 years now and they never let me down! If you were to go i would recommend a doner kebab. Very hygienic place. In addition, since this is a kebab shop, the staff speak Turkish i can absolutely guarantee customers that the staff never talk about their customers behind their backs, even open up translator if you want. (I know this since i am half Turkish). Overall, they have very good food with decent prices and good service.”

“They must have listened to the bad reviews because I was surprised to find that none of them applied to my order. Firstly the young lady taking the order was extremely polite and precise and repeated the order to ensure it was correct. The delivery was well within the prescribed time and everything was piping hot. The size of the portions were literally double the size in fact the containers were much bigger. Finally the dishes were full of flavors and tasted absolutely fresh. I almost wanted to ring them to congratulate them. Seriously one of the best food experience I’ve had in a long time”

So upon walking you can see Oodles for their unique neon signs which is funky n retro! You enter and immediately are greeted with a warm friendly staff who give you an option of where to sit with your group. Have to also highlight upon entering the restaurant your immediately taken in how futuristic cool inside looks, very clean too! Right back to sitting down we were met by Anju who had a great friendly vibe yet professional personality. We spoke to her both in English and Hindi, she had wealth of product knowledge and listened to likes n dislikes with recommendations we placed our order. She was very attentive and personalised the dining experience so a big thank to you her. We received our order and it tasted exactly it says on the menu! The food was freshly cooked you can tell and the flavours - amazing! The drinks were well prepared the Mocktails! It was my little ones bday so they brought a small cake with ice cream n candle a great touch to the experience. Highly recommend coming here with family and friends. The staff are all well rounded attentive and friendly. The food is also Halal. This Restaurant is wheelchair friendly and has plenty of space to manoeuvre, the toilet for wheelchair is on ground floor easy access.”
