“One of the nicest Chinese restaurants in this area. The owner was a long time staff from Goldmine in Bayswater (which was really nice). Dishes are well priced and always tasty. The Malaysian dishes are good and about as authentic as you will be south West London.”

“What a fantastic place, from welcome to service and, obviously, the food! Had a little chat with the owners and they are truly part of Tooting community, with a formidable menu. We had a sharing brunch dish (Tepsi sharer) with traditional Anatolian coffee and tea - everything 5 stars, the taste is incredible! We had to bring home some homemade apricot jam and börek.”

“Best Chinese around! I moved to Tooting a couple of years ago and had been trying to find a good Chinese until I found this place. It doesn't deliver but well worth the 30 minute round walk because the food is so good. Fresher, tastier and miles better value than anything on Uber Eats or Deliveroo. And they are always extremely friendly. Highly recommend!”

“My best mate took me here for dinner. It was convenient to travel there as there's a bus stop right at the front. Amazing personality from Angie! Had a lovely conversation while waiting for our food. Had the spicy chicken fried rice and chili pepper prawns. They tasted absolutely scrumptious.. Definitely give them a try!”

“really cosy lovely local south indian restaurant the people who work here are so welcoming and friendly the food was delicious i loved the onion salad and the popadoms especially the beetroot pickle—the prawn puri starter was delicious fresh little prawns with a really tasty bread. we had the green lamb curry which was so good i love the green sauce very delicious. my favourite was the keralan fish curry the loo is so beautiful it’s like a spa loo ! my new favourite restaurant in tooting i think! xx”

“It's a very welcoming place. The restaurant has a rating of 5 for food hygiene. We were greeted by a lovely lady with beautiful smile. She served us complimentary olives as soon as we sat down to look at the menu. The restaurant is well kept and even the toilet is clean. We opted for the main menu: mixed grill platter and lamb shawarma. These were excellent choices and the portions were quite generous. The mix meats on the mixed grill were all expertly grilled, spiced and so tender. The delicious spicy sauce heightened the taste. The shawarma came with either chips or rice. I opted for the latter one but to my surprise it also came with flat bread to soak up the juices. The lamb was tender and juicy. We enjoyed our meal and capped it with mint tea. The tea was freshly made and we were given another complimentary sweet pudding. What a lovely way to end the day! It's highly recommended and we'll go back there again.”

“I dont understand some of the negative reviews here. Everything I have had from this place has been delicious (as the name says). The oxtail, plantain, colesaw, fried fish and brown stew fish have all been sublime, looking forward to trying more of the menu.”

Food taste and quality - great Though it's expensive, the quantity of the food is larger than other places to justify Samosa chat - 5*s Kerala fish curry -5*s Desi chicken curry - 4*s Chilly chicken - 4.5*s Butter and Garlic naan - 4*s Fruit juices were just good enough. Staff were so lovely to offer a small cake on my wife's Bday along with a candle on it. Highly recommended restaurant.”
