“Our local Beaver colony had a fantastic evening at Pets at Home Romford. Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). The children were able to hold a Guinea pig and Terry made them feel comfortable whilst doing so. We all had a brilliant evening. Thank you Terry.”

It was very busy at the time and we waited a little longer than our appointment time but it was worth the wait as we left feeling relieved having had everything explained to us. “A few days before our holiday our cat had an accident and ended up with broken toes, I was so worried that Oakland's would not want to take her. Louise however was amazing and completely reassuring about looking after her, our cat probably received better care than being at home with us. The cat hotel is beautiful and very peaceful and after a stressful few days before our holiday we were able to go away with complete confidence that our little fur baby was being taken care off. Will always try to get her into Oakland's it's a lovely place.”

“I cannot recommend Vets for Pets in Chadwell Heath highly enough. We have been coming here for years for treatment of our 2 cats and the love and care they received is second to none. Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. The care, respect and dedication to treatment Caroline showed George from the outset was amazing and we can never thank her enough for giving us the extra precious 6 months with him. They also diagnosed our other monster with diabetes and were great at showing us how to treat this at home and he is still thriving. Thank you for all you do xx”

I had to purchase a puppy from them without meeting which at first got me really skeptical but decided to give it a try. And I don’t regret that. Now I have my first chihuahua thanks to smart dogs”

“This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! “Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”
