“I think Southall travel are brilliant. Their prices are more often than not better than other agents. I usually go to Dubai and regularly book my flights and hotels with them. Recently I booked hotel only with an agent by the name of Sparsh, and I was extremely impressed with his genuine care, exemplary customer service and the excellent price he got me. The rates he quoted me were cheaper than companies like Destination2, Best @ Dubai and Travel Up. I would not hesitate to book with them!”

“They're the best pharmacy I've used in the London borough of Hounslow. The staff are always extremely polite, courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help their customers. When using other pharmacies I often struggled to get certain hard to source medications and was left to call round pharmacies myself, or just go without. But the awesome Pharmacists at this pharmacy do all the calling for me, even contacting manufacturers to try and get my items. They even go over to the pharmacy to pick up the paper prescriptions for controlled medications, so we can order our repeats online and not need to worry about needing to fill in a separate paper version and then go and pick it up by hand etc. It's all done for us. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Amazingly cheap trip to Ischia in January. Bad weather meant the ferry off the island was cancelled - I phoned the local Orbis rep at 07:50am, phone was answered on the third ring, the situation was dealt with immediately. Everything was seamless, the hotel, the travel arrangements, the taxi picked us up from a different port because of the ferry cancellation, no fuss, no stress, no panic, everything was dealt with in a way that I'm not used to! The staff on site are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very welcome; you do not feel like a stranger. They address any questions and resolve issues quickly. “For the price it can’t be beaten it is a budget hotel but the bedding was spotless the bed was comfy tele and tea making facilities in the room plenty of sockets for charging overall a decent stay. My only gripe is shared bathroom and shower facilities but these were kept clean and well stocked so it isn’t a negative just be prepared to share. The area the hotel is located is amazing too loads of shopping opportunities very fairly priced food places and connections to central London are easy from Southall station.”
