Why would you visit this place when the cakes, coffee, sandwiches and jacket potatoes are so so good . Also found out today they provide outside catering too! Super suitable for my shape and I can't believe how flattering some of their clothes are - Donna suggested a couple of things to try on and KAPOW ! I wish I could impress upon you how 'worth it ' a visit would be. Just try it once and you will have some lovely well priced things to cheer up your wardrobe. I went last Saturday and I'm thrilled.”

“We have been hugely impressed with the quality of service from Emily, Daniel, Richard and the whole team. We had a major refurbishment project involving a new kitchen and pantry, 4 new bathrooms/shower rooms and a cloakroom. Walls had to be taken down and the existing rooms gutted. Emily was extraordinarily attentive and her design ideas proved to be top rate. You will probably only do this scale of project once or twice in a lifetime and Sanctuary proved an excellent and totally reliable choice. This was all achieved during a period of lock down and Emily went to great lengths to ensure that our project was completed within our timescale.”

When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month. The customer service team have been very attentive and have shown a lot of empathy in regard to my concerns of such a sentimental ring breaking. “My husband has converted his van into a camper and needed specialist seating made for both day time and night time use, it was complicated further as my husband has back problems so he needed something that would not aggrevate this problem further. John and Jacqui were attentive and helpful from start to finish advising us of the best foam and fabrics to use and design of the cushions to fit our requirements. Jacqui went above and beyond the call of duty by going through their extensive stock of fabrics to find one that fitted into the theme of our conversion. All communication was done over the phone, including the exchange of complicated measurements as we live in Cornwall. When they delivered the final product we were totally amazed, it was exactly what we wanted and the quality and standard of finish was outstanding and we always get a great night sleep! We will now be returning to them to make a sofa for our home as we know they will fulfil our requirements totally due to their personal and 'nothing is too much bother' approach. We would like to thank you again for making our dreams come true.”
