“Premier Inn Rainham, London (Weds 21st Sept 22) Whilst the hotel is slightly older and the rooms a little tired (old style Premier Inn) the service was excellent....Mikala on front desk very helpful and efficient. The Table Table (restaurant and bar) very good.....terrific service from staff for breakfast, clean and tidy (quick too). Thanks Julian”

“We left our Staffy Ruby with John on the 15th of October until the 17th, I love that John was keen to meet her before we left her and that we had to show her vaccinations were all upto date, this showed us how responsible and professional he was. We received daily updates from him which also put our minds at ease. Ruby was playing and living her best life in her short stay. I will have no hesitation in leaving our little girl with him again and she will have her 2nd stay with John when we go away over the Christmas period.”

“I took my Mini Cooper to matt as it started to have drivability problems I found matts number online and told him of the fault I was having he was very prompt and helpful on the phone , came out to me and diagnosed the job very quickly , he was very knowledgeable and friendly you could tell he knew his job very well , I then booked my car in with matt and the job was done within 2 days which was great ! I was also really impressed with the price I paid and I have now found my new local mechanic. Would definitely recommend”

“Reliable, friendly and honest staff. Sorted out my DPF regen issue. Max was very helpful. Originally went to swap a part over, common faulty part for DPF regen. Didnt work. Max diagnosed the problem whilst swapping the part and told me exactly the issue was. Rebooked, did the force regen and all working. Max also gave me some tips and recommendations to keep it sound and sweet. Can't recommend these guys enough.”

“The staff here are so amazing I had to give them a good review. I work for a small mammals vet practice so reptiles are not our speciality. Two terrapins were dumped at our practice and we had no facilities to care for them. We needed to urgently find them a safe place to stay. We called a few places with no success, but then we called these guys and they were more than happy to help. When I got to the shop it was packed. They're clearly a very busy place but they still found the time to help rescue some strays in need. I spoke to some customers while I was there and they spoke very highly of the staff that worked there and I can see why.”

“Finding a reputable and trustworthy garage is far more difficult than it should be. I've been guilty in the past of skimping on my repairs and going to the cheapest quote. My car has suffered as a result. Beam MOT are honest, reliable and transparent. Prices are known up front, work is carried out in an extremely timely and transparent manner. I called at 10:15 this morning for a repair, I was told to bring the car straight away, problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. I'm sitting here at 13:30 and the repair is already completed! I've had MOT's at Beam many times for previous cars and always felt like they were honest - I'm not taking my new car anywhere else. If you want a garage where you don't have to have that sinking feeling every time you walk in - I'd suggest Beam. They're a shining example that if you don't rip people off, you'll be successful and your reputation will provide all the advertising you need.”

“I visited for the first time today and received glowing customer service from two gentlemen. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure, both of which are gorgeous. The guy doing my manicure kept checking that I was happy with the progress at each stage which I welcomed and I was offered a hot drink on arrival. Such lovely people, I will be visiting again!”

“I can say that Daniel is one of the best solicitor out there, every time I’ve seen him for whatever issues I have at first he would say Hitesh ‘WHY’ After he explains to me of my wrong doing but then he finds a solution and to gets it done…. I would always recommend him, his communication may be a bit of a problem if trying to call, but if you email him then just be patient he will get back to you with an answer. You will run around trying to find a solicitor to deal with your problem and end up spending a lot of time and money but with Daniel things are done very fast and cost-effective and straight to the point…. A lot of people gives him great respect and this is good as I’ve never seen him not been busy Daniel if you read this review, then I would like to thank you for all your help.”
