The Piper Building
● OpenPeterborough Road, London SW6 3EF, United Kingdom“Private houses, it I would say massive apartments! High ceilings that resemble offices or factory - this can very from apt to apt. Allocated and secured parking. Concierge. Secured Gates. I love its outside appearance - whoever designed it to look like that it looks fantastic!”

IKEA Wembley
● Closed“IKEA is still some of the best shopping experience for everything for your home and office environment. There's tons of ideas for every room from sofas, chairs, beds and bedsheets, kitchenware, kitchen cabinets to a range of bathroom accessories. There's so much choice. But really disappointed to see, IKEA has decreased it's plants range and substantially increased plastic faux plants - why? Having said that, the café experience is really good - be it chicken, salmon, plant meat balls as well as quite a few dessert options.”

Amaya Grill and Bar
● Closed“Best Indian restaurant in London?? Across 9 dishes the texture of every protein, carb, grain was cooked to perfection. The flavours were incredibly warming and yet they kept you guessing at each turn. We ordered the Scallops, lamp chops, prawns, duck, baby potatos, mustard spinach, lamb Rogan Josh, Kerala prawn, chicken biryani and garlic naan. While the scallops could have relied less on the incredible sauce, the potatoes were a little over salted and the chicken biryani a tad plainer than we've tasted, the remaining dishes were a HUGE sensation for the pallette. The lamb chops, prawns and duck starters were standout and should not be missed. The Kerala prawn was the better of the two curries and the spinach was deliciously pungent and provided a great contrast. Don't expect too much from the somewhat inexperienced service (no timely welcome, delays in taking orders, serving drinks and clearing dishes), let the food do the talking and this is a clear 5 star rating. Edit: Also ordered the pomegranate and passionatefruit granita (crushed ice with sugar and flavouring) for desert and was served an Indian donut as a birthday treat. Both tasty and wrapped up our meal well. They also have a gorgeous private room downstairs for larger groups.”

There is also a discount if you choose to collect, which we did as we live locally. I was surprised by how neat the take away presentation was, with everything clearly labelled. The food was just delicious”

The India Club
● Closed“Delicious delicious food. Love this place which is at the top of a hotel. Unique colonial vibes, nothing fancy just good food. Paneer dosa was delicious. Pani purri was crunch and the aubergine dish was to die for. Starters were samosas and onion bhajis. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Service was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Prices were very cheap! Can’t wait to come back here!”

Royal China (Baker Street)
● Closed“The best Hong Kong style dim sum in London that I tried. Royal China was very clean and tidy looking when I visited. The dim sum dishes were delicious and reasonably priced. The dishes were hot when I got them as if they were just cooked. I highly recommend the pawn and chive dumplings. I loved how the chives were cut into small pieces but still big enough to have a texture when I tasted them. The wonton noodle soup was great too with thin egg noodle and a few pieces of green vegetable. They are located within five walking distance to Queen Mary’s Rose Garden and Hyde Park. The staff there were very friendly. It’s nice to dine there.”

● OpenHigh Street, Brentford TW8 0JW, United Kingdom“I had a number 1 today and have to say how much I enjoyed it! Every item of the breakfast was cooked perfectly. To go to a cafe which reminds me of the old ‘greasy spoons’ was a wonderful experience AND it was without the grease-yay! I recommend the food and service here for a very realistic price and clean environment.”

The Dickens Inn
● Closed“We had our engagement party here in the Pickwick room and it was so great. The room was beautiful, the staff so friendly and professional. Was plenty of space for food (which was delicious), live music, drinks and the balcony provided a nice little overflow. They let us in all afternoon to set up, and couldn’t have been nicer. It was also very reasonably priced (for a 100 person wedding related event in central London…). I would recommend for any party!”
