“I'm shocked by the reviews on here! The practice is lovely, I've been a patient for 6 years now with my family even before Bupa and have always received excellent care and treatment from my dentist. Receptionists are really friendly to speak to and they are very accommodating. The practice is very busy but in my opinion, they manage it really well! I agree it could do with a refurb as does look shabby... but have been told its on the agenda soon. Thank you from the King Family”

“I had a haircut & dry, Daisy sorted out a bad haircut I'd had done previously and fixed my cut for me. She explained well what her suggestion to resolve was, and did a great cut. “When our previous practice management, tax return and accounts production software became prohibitively expensive, I canvassed views from other practitioners and the overwhelming recommendation was BTC for everything except accounts production, which they didn't have at the time. Although I wasn't keen on a non-integrated solution the cost savings were huge so I bit the bullet. What I found was that not only is BTC simpler to use and just as comprehensive as our previous system in the areas it covered, it also integrates quite seamlessly into the AP package we took on at the same time. For probably 20% of the price, it does a better job! I still don't like the AP package we chose but it works, just a bit clunky. When I get time I must try the BTC equivalent which has now been launched. I also need to comment on the BTC customer service and technical support. Our IT providers 'upgraded' our server and messed up access to the BTC history files. Going far beyond the call of duty, BTC worked with them to fix everything that had been messed up, so that within a couple of days everything was working smoothly again. The only reason I rate BTC 5 stars is because there isn't a 6 to choose.”

“I went there yesterday with my daughter for a quick bite to eat. The food was really good (I had the tastiest halloumi and mushroom wrap I have ever tasted and the owner friendly but professional. He even gifted my daughter with a lollipop! Prices are great as plates comes with delicious yummy food! Great portions too! This is a nice local cafe' in Addlestone. There is no parking though as it is situated on the high street, but Tesco carpark is right across.”
