Solutions were explored. Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price. Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD. Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.”
