I joined them last week and was so impressed by both the waitress and the duty manager for the way they engaged with us and looked after us all. “I have ordered of this boutique a few times now. I have never had any problems, they have great customer service. I contacted by email about my recent order as i made a mistake with dates i went into panic mode. i got a quick response resuring me that they will get parcel sent out ASAP. Also one dress I ordered was no longer in Stock so they give me a refund. I have had regular updates about parcel being dispatched and out for delivery. I just wished they still had the shop because I would be in there all the time”
