The shop itself is not huge (as compared to those in the city centre which have two floors) but have a good stock of a variety of items (esp the children section) , at a cheaper price (due to duty free). There are quite a lot of items on sale as well. The staff are super friendly in helping me to get items that are stored too high to my height, and in storing that for me at the counter while I shop, without being too aggressive. The paying process is quick as well.”

Unfortunately we left one of our bags from a previous shop in the Superdry store and left it in there and got on a flight. I phoned the shop the following day and Bal (shop manager) informed me that she had the bag and it was safe. She very kindly posted it to us recorded delivery the following day at no cost.
