“I have been attending classes at the Sunny Art Centre since September. It is a lovely place. My teacher, Nicola, is clear, engaging and inspiring. I like the flexibility of the lessons. I have several different days to choose from, I don't have to stick to one specific time slot for the whole semester. The tutoring is one-to-one even when there are other students in the class, so I can learn effectively and fast. There are nice cats in the school to give us company. What not to like!”

Attentive staff. Top quality French cuisine. Feels very authentic. They do Canard de Rouen a la Presse, which is quite rare these days. I had their signature Simmenthal beef tartare. It is skillfully prepared at the table. We had it medium spicy and it was out of this world. The taste, the texture is just a perfection. I also ordered Agneau en Croûte or Lamb Wellington which was an absolute delight. Another dish mastered to a perfection. At one moment I had an illusion of being a jury member at the French cuisine competition and served with a champion dish. Wine list is well balanced and I liked it had some fine half-bottles as well. The only remark I have is for the plateau de fromages. I wish the selection of cheese could be even better. My strong recommendation for anyone looking for an old fashioned small French restaurant in London. And sincere thanks to the team.”

“With plenty of well maintained space to explore, and an extremely old slow moving river attracting wildlife, this is well worth your time. The visitors centre was closed, but they had clear paths and plenty of maps, with statues to find dotted about, each denoting the diverse creatures in the area... How many can you find?”

“Lovely food and great service, Three of us went and we paid separately. Two of us paid using the QR code on the table and one at the till. At the till a blue light card was accepted but on the app for blue light card it doesn't show Nando's as having a discount code so two of us paid full price. On realising that they do in fact accept blue light card I asked if we could get a refund. The manager was amazing and he refunded the discount for both of us who ordered using the QR code. Great service, he was pretty good looking too which made it an even more pleasurably lunch ;-)”

When I asked them to call the cops, they found my boots in the office claiming that I need to lock them in a specific locker, that matches the bed number, with a padlock because they said people get entire suitcases left behind. The kitchen was super clean and of restaurant quality. Free tea. Hot showers. Laundry. Great location. I'd definitely stay here again. It's worth it if you lock up your valuables and sleep with your keys inside your clothes. Thanks Clink .”
