Unique cafe experience in Leatherhead

“Had a great big breakfast here, with an accompanying cup of tea. All good... Delicious cooked breakie, and they managed to accommodate 4 friends, with food all arriving at the same time. Decent.”

“Been twice this week for coffee and was extremely impressed with the quality. Friendly staff and ever so helpful when asked a question. As a coeliac my options are limited, but there is carrot cake which I have yet to sample. Music was unobtrusive and seventies/eighties. Loads of space and a real asset to Leatherhead.”

“Had chicken and spinach pizza was delicious, my husband who is coeliac had a gluten free pizza and says one of the best he has tasted, both had sweets, me tiramisu and hazelnut ice cream both delicious, waiters were happy and polite, background Italian music relaxing and enjoyable, lovely bottle of red wine to wash it down”

“From the second you walk in until the second you leave you feel like you are home away from home. The staff who are mainly volunteers I might add are all lovely and friendly and the manageress (RACHAEL) is an absolute breath of fresh air, always has a smile on her face and always willing to try and make your stay as good an experience as she and her team possibly can. There isn't a massive selection of food , but what they do have is beautifully cooked and made and presented in a very clean and professional manner . All the food is freshly prepared and the coffee is awesome. The decor of the Cafe is very cosy and comfortable and also very bright and airey which allows you to just relax . The seating is of a very high standard and the Cafe is also situated next to a park so you can make a day or afternoon of it if you have children etc etc. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm in there most days lol. “A great little gem in the heart of Leatherhead offering great coffee and a variety of different treats. The owner (Tom) is friendly and welcoming which always adds to the pleasent experience. Have used a number of times now and will be a regular stop for my coffee.”

“Can't rate this place highly enough and have recommended it to anyone I meet locally who wants to get into - or back into - exercising after having a baby. The classes are brilliant, full of friendly people and you can bring your baby to plenty of them too (lots to keep them entertained as well as super lovely instructors who are always willing to help while you work out). The coffee is brilliant and a great treat for afterwards, and the line up of food vans looks great too”

“Had a really lovely lunch here yesterday, the new fit out is beautifully done, with a lovely Bar & Garden area, along with a nice relaxed dining area. The new menu is delicious we had a quick lunch with my friend having the Fish Finger Sandwich & I had a perfectly cooked Wagyu Bavette. Wishing the new team all the best for their new opening & I am sure it will be a success.”

“Amazing place. Great vibes and very "upper class but still a pub vibe". Very nice staff and delicious food. It's tucked away from most places and we went during the dark so didn't get to see much of the outside. It did have an amazing seating area out the front we didn't get to try because in typical british fashion it was torrential rain, however it looked lovely! Would recommend for those looking for a nice pub tucked away.”

“Beautiful, bright, airy pub/restaurant. Lots of seating inside and outside. Wheelchair access. Great selection of food and drinks. Sunday roast was particularly yummy! Staff were great, very attentive. The only one criticism would be that the food could have been a little hotter. All in all we had a wonderful 1st time experience.”

“Really nice Beefeater! When here after visiting Chessington for the day and was pleasantly surprised. Wanted somewhere to eat that would fill us up and not have the extortionate prices that the park has. The food was great, although the chicken was slightly over cooked but we overlooked this. The staff where great and very friendly and polite. The menus wasn’t too badly prices and the kids 3 course mean for £5.99 was brilliant value. If we were ever this way again I’d definitely revisit.”
