“High quality and tasty kebab house in the Walton area. I have tried it multiple times times during the last few months. Lamb doner kebab, chicken shish, salad and even the sauce is really good, tasty and fresh. They use good quality naan instead of pita for the take away doner kebab.”

“Amazing entertainment for a 5 year old "rock star" birthday party, really engaged the kids, played a great variety of music, led some fun dancing games, got the adults moving too and most importantly kept the party going for 2 hours. “This was on my bucket list so treated myself for my Birthday and dragged along three family members to experience it with me. My Wife, Son & his Partner all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and Claire our instructor was excellent. My Wife wasn't confident enough to stand although Claire did try and help when my Wife was happy to try without any pressure. My Wife ended up kneeling for the whole duration of the lesson but still had an enjoyable time. The rest of us stood from quite early on into the lesson and our confidence grew as Claire gave us some more tips which we would have taken a long time to learn had we just gone out on our own. As for me, I've booked another session with my other Son who sadly couldn't make it the first time and I am currently looking at buying my own board! If you're thinking about trying SUP look no further, you've found the right place!”

“This beautiful little cafe on the river also does day boat hire is in the perfect location. The breakfast rolls coffee and froze are lovely as are the brownies! We hired a day boat for two hours to celebrate our dads birthday we also had three dogs! It made his birthday the hand over and instructions on how to handle the boat and the rules of the river were really good. I highly recommend both the cafe and the day boat hire. Thank you”

“We visited on 11/2/23 Saturday late lunch 14:20 ish. There was a very warm welcome and a choice of seating for us and plenty more. The volume of customers was just right not too many and not empty despite the lateness of the time. I chose the Organic fillet of Salmon. Organic Salmon fillet pan fried in unsalted butter with crushed fresh herbs and white wine (optional), topped with roasted almond flakes served with sautéed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes. I didn’t recognise the sweet potatoes because they were white tasted just as good. It all tasted just as expected and I loved the sauce although I would have liked a little more. The salad had a lot of dressing so I would ask for no dressing next time. As we didn’t order a starter, we were offered some olives to keep us going as all the food is freshly cooked. My husband chose Adana Shoulder of lamb minced, blended with spices and herbs, char-grilled and served on lavash bread with bulgur, salad and sliced red onions. This was tasty but very spicy so he asked for a yogurt dip which made all the difference. (I don’t know it’s proper name). He also ordered chips which arrived (thermally) very hot. My only comment is that the plates could’ve been warm to keep the food warmer for longer. We don’t eat very quickly. The food came in good time. We didn’t have pudding as it was already a late lunch. A lovely complimentary square of sponge, soaked in something delicious like honey, arrived while we were waiting to pay. We had a lovely conversation with the waitress who was from Ukraine, and had been in the country several years. The menu is very extensive and each dish has a picture which is always helpful with such innovative looking food.”

In the hills there are a multitude of bike tracks to explore and there is easy road access and some parking.the green is sometimes used for cricket so do be careful where you are wandering. Overall a well kept place with stunning views and a few lovely lakes to compliment it. Unfortunately there are not any toilets on site but garsons farm ( just down the road) has some”
