“I really like this pub, nothing flashy but dogs and kids were welcome, and it felt like a good mix of locals and people in to watch the football. Plenty of space, lots of tables. Would visit again.”

“Booked online giving details of our visit and our celebrations and preferred seating! Brilliant seat looking out to river! Then Gemma our waitress introduced herself and she was amazing! Attentive but not overbearing or hovering over us! Food stunning! Then our desserts arrived with chocolate written Happy Birthday for my husband and I had the Happy Anniversary one! (Yes .....we did get married on his birthday!) Atmosphere and music great and sat outside by the river relaxing for a while after with drinks just relaxing! It was the day of the train strike and Uber and taxis letting us down but Siobhan stopped what she was doing to get us a cab firm and that was successful! I last came here many many years ago on the same date to celebrate and did not enjoy the experience at all.....sitting near to kitchen which had a swing door and heard shouting and offensive language every time that door opened which completely ruined our day so you can imagine it took a lot to come back....but took a chance again as heard through the grapevine how nice it is! So glad we did and look forward very much to further visits!! Thankyou again!”

“Absolutely adore Kokoro ever since I moved to Kingston a few years ago. They’ve recently opened up shop in Surbiton and I’m so glad they have as I live locally and simply cannot fault these guys. The food is fresh, absolutely delicious and the portion size is always generous. They are consistently great with both hot dishes & cold foods (sushi / salads) and 100% worth every penny. It’s a great lunch time spot with plenty of different options to choose from as well as being pretty affordable for a “meal out”. I recently ordered a sushi party platter* for my household for my birthday and it was out of this world! Will continue to eat at Kokoro Surbiton and would encourage anyone who passes by or lives in the area to try their food ASAP! * I specifically requested for salmon sashimi but their original platter includes both Salmon & Tuna!”

“We had a joint lazer tag party for 2 x 7yr olds. The 2 lazer lions staff were amazing and engaged with the large numer of children well whilst making the birthday boys feel special. All the kids had an amazing time (and so did the adults who stayed, the girls did the final game kids vs adults, went down a storm!). Engagement in the run up to the party was good too, questions answered very quickly. Would recommend.”

“We came here on a Thursday evening for an anniversary dinner and it was an excellent experience. Service was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the normal tasting menu and the Vegetarian / Pescatarian tasting menu with matched wines and throughout the food was on a very high level. I spent 1.5 years in Paris and have to say that the French Table is on the same level with the best French restaurants I dined at. Definitely worth the high price tag. Will come again!”

Chef Giulio excels and pretty much cooks to order and in your time frame; and lovely Luisa is his perfect front of house. Extensive and unusual wine list Nowhere like it. A must do experience. Highly recommended.”

“After wanting to pop in Particella for some time, we finally stopped in from a shopping trip for some lunch and we were wonderfully surprised by the delicious Italian food. The menu is extensive. The wild boar ragu the Hushand had was done in a few mouthfuls and souch choice from the deli packed full of fantastic meats and treats. THE HOST/staff!!.... Amazing and friendly. Loved Mamma was there helping out in the kitchen! SO attentive and generous, offering us a 'Italian sized' portion of panettone to accompany our coffee. Toasted and delicious! Rauf was very professional and so gentle in taking my blood and I got the results super quick, in a couple of days! The team is very friendly, Liz one of the team member showed me around the clinic and explained in details all the many fabulous treatments. I will be back! “Gumus is an absolutely fantastic example of what a modern day jewellery shop should be. Popped into the store for a quick inquiry in regards to getting my ring resized fast forward a few weeks and upon collection I even discovered that they had polished it for me as part of the service (which wasn't even discussed). Hilda is an astounding jeweller, your pieces could not be in safer hands.”

“Lovely little Italian restaurant in Surbiton. Despite arriving early to try and get a table, the place has a really good vibe and not to mention good food. (Place was fully booked but accepted walk in entries if there was last minute availability) Menu consists of starters, pizza choices, pasta dishes, specials and desserts. There are gluten free pasta and pizza base available, these are not made on the premises and is made by a separate company. There is a small additional charge for this. Pizza is made fresh in their impressively large pizza oven located in the restaurant. We were sat at the bar area around this pizza oven and it was lovely to see the pizza masters doing their thing with stretching the pizza dough. Great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks too. The place was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Will return.”

“I didn't eat at this restaurant however I broke down outside the restaurant and the lovely man working that night came out to check on me twice and asked if I wanted to sit inside while I waited for someone to tow my car. They let me use their facilities as well which I really appreciated. Seeing this kind of service really made my evening after my car breaking down and I would 100% eat here after seeing that service”
