“I travelled to Ladakh with Indus Experiences, and the trip included a multi-day hike in the Hemis National Park. We had an excellent local trekking guide, and the porters were fantastic. They brought everything we could possible need, and cooked some wonderful meals. The route we chose was tough, but the scenery was exceptionally beautiful and we had a real sense of achievement at the end. The accommodation was good, the transfers arrived on time, and the drivers were friendly and competent. The tour was competitively priced.”

“This is one of my favourite places to visit with family and friends. I love the ambience and food. The food is quite reasonable. The only down side is they close their kitchen at 4.30 , which is quite disappointing. This place closes at 5 pm. And you can click lovely pics to post on your Instagram account.”

“Food was incredible and drinks were always amazing. 2nd time visiting and would still keep going back. Food does take a little while to come and we did have to call the waiters a few times to be able to order food but wouldn't rate the place any less because of that. Good atmosphere and they have a dj playing music in the evenings so perfect for a good vibe dinner, drinks or both venue!”

“Just returned from a trip to Maderia with Red Tours. I have to say they were excellent. From the driver of our coach to the tour guide and tour director, they all were very good at their jobs. The tour guide had information about Maderia on the tips of his fingers and was able to answer any questions thrown at him. The iternery was good and we saw all the main points. The staff were all polite, helpful and very friendly. Had a great time. And yes, will certainly travel with them again.”

The whole tour was very meticulously planned, punctuality was maintained, hotel accommodation as well as food was very good. The tour incharge was very well informed, caring, very nice person and respectable. Fellow tourists, though most of them were locals, were also very nice and cooperative. “My family and I had a holiday booked for the the beginning of April. Then the world got hit by Covid-19. I was really humbled by the empathy, humanity and hard work the team at Cruxton including Yusuf, Shafiq and Ali did to get my family and a refund very quickly. They were very professional and even though they were no doubt handling huge numbers of cancellations with very little news business coming in, they were very communicative. My extended family who had booked the same flights as us through a popular online agency had a very different experience. They were unable to get any responses and had to resort to getting their credit card company to charge back their flight cost. It is in times like this that I was super happy to use a travel agent that was customer first. Thanks to all at Cruxton!”
