I had a faulty entertainment system on my VW Golf that the dealership had quoted an extortionate amount to fix, as they needed to replace the whole unit. However, Sat Nav systems were able to replace only a part of the unit, making it much cheaper. The communication was professional and very helpful.”

“My car body had a hole right behind a back door. Also numerous dents and scratches. I will attach a photo of the main damage and how it looks after the work. A mechanic visited my address and explained to me what is the damage and how it will be fixed. The explanation was very colloquial and precise. On the first day , I was given an exact cost. This was very helpful in a number of ways. I was able to match the cost to work value and make a reasonable assumption. When the car was taken to the garage, they were able to find few more areas that needed work. However, I was asked specifically whether I wanted the extra work done and they did some work for free, too. In summary , they were very professional, knew what they were doing and didn't try to charge more than what is reasonable. I couldn't stress enough about the quality of work and skill. I am still amazed at the paint work and how the body has been re-worked [Apologies if that is not the right term].”

Took my car for an Audi service a year back and they said all my brake pads and disks needed replacing imminently. I took my car into Birbeck Autos and asked for all to be swapped. Paul and his family said that none of them needed replacing and showed me all of the disks and pads and how they were fine. They are truly honest, great pricing and very trustworthy. “Messaged Nadim asking how to get Apple car play on my BMW, he recommended the ID4 to ID6 flash service. Took just over an hour to install, really smooth service, just plugged in a laptop and let the coding do it’s work, Nadim explained how he’s BMW certified and really does know is stuff, plus is generally a really nice guy. The apple car play works flawlessly, it’s the official BMW CarPlay, so no lag at all (some android systems running CarPlay can be laggy). Overall an excellent service at a really good competitive price. Would definitely recommend”

“This guy was an absolute godsend!! He came recommended from a mechanic that I work with, who couldn’t deal with some electrical issues that I was having with my A Class. My airbag sensor was malfunctioning and I was also having an intermittent problem with my turbo system. Faheem managed to diagnose the issue fully and then went above and beyond to get the problem sorted for me. A replacement part from Mercedes would have cost me over £3k but he went and sourced a second hand part for me and did the whole job for £300+, saving me tenfold!! Amazing service!! Would defo recommend!!”

“Somebody dented my car whilst it was parked outside of my house, right on the bottom of the rear quarter panel. After another dent repair company said the only solution was to respray the side of the car, I called Jack to get a second opinion. Lesson learned - I should have called him first! He arrived on time, said he could fix it, quoted me an entirely reasonable price, and did it there and then. I also asked him to remove a tiny crease in one of the doors which he also did at the same time. All in, I reckon he took an hour and both the problems have entirely disappeared. So glad I called and didn't take the word of the first company. I have no hesitation in recommending Jack.”
