"Visited this store many times in the past and bought lots of good stuff. Back then customer service was exceptional. This time around witnessed firsthand such bad customer service as was reported in many earlier post. When raised this issue to a male supervisor, he turn the tables on the customer instead. This place should be overhauled...a place run by trash."
"Sorry JD. But send one of your managers to your branches as an undercover boss. It's not normal how unmotivated the staff are. No matter if it's the waitress, the cloakroom or the cashier. I thought it was only like this on Oxford Street, but unfortunately not. Sorry, that's not how it works!"
"Most of the staff are some of the most useless bunch you will have the luck of encountering. Wanted to buy an item on sale, which was clearly marked on the label as on sale and had new price. Got to till and was told it is not actually on sale and I have to pay full price. I asked her why does it say on sale, and she tried to remove the sale ticket from it. I said can I speak to a manager, and the useless bunch behind the tills all shouted at once "we're all managers here" and they're not gonna reduce the price. There was no point trying to argue with this gang of 'managers' so as I was leaving, they started slagging and laughing about my request in front of other customers. The concept of customer service does not exist in this store - don't dare complain about anything if you don't want to be ganged up by these fake teen 'managers', lol."
"It's OK, nice size and OK shoe selection BUT LIKE MOST JDs the staff are so bloody rude and they have so much attitude its ridiculous. As I was walking in the young girl who worked there came walking towards me and didn't even move or acknowledge me or say sorry when she pushed passed me. Another one when I asked for the pair of shoes in my size the staff member sighed at me like I was asking to much of him.....not the fact I was trying to spend some money in this store (I had £300) burning a hole in my pocket and it needed to go BUT due to the rudeness of the staff that money went else where."
