A comprehensive meet and greet before our holiday allowed us to completely relax in the knowledge our cat and home would be looked after professionally and with care. Angela looked after our cat for 10 days, with twice daily visits. We had photo updates via WhatsApp everyday and Angela returned our keys personally the day after we arrived home. “A friend recommended this salon to me and Im so glad I listened to her as I have been over the moon with everything I have experienced. - The staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to see you and work there. It creates a lovely atmosphere as they all seem like a great team - nicely decorated and always clean - I book Emily for my cut&colour (short choppy bob/all over brunette) and she has been amazing every time. I was bored of my style and got into a bit of a rut but she chatted it through with me and suggested a few different things and gave great advice on how to tweak it and Im so happy with the result. The colour lasts really well and makes my hair look really glossy - I also use Sam for my daughters hair cuts and he is fab, very patient with a fidgety five year old and then always styles it beautifully after. - offers amazing drinks/biscuits while using the salon and you can also order food from The Brentwood Kitchen next door to eat while having your appt which is such a great idea”

“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

Nice and warm inside with comfy seating. However the only one point I would like to add is, from observation I could see they are slightly under staffed and the wait time is roughly 10 minutes for a drink.”
