“I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.”

“This was my first time visiting the practice with my two dogs, following a location move. We were seen by Kat and Chloe who were both amazing. It can sometimes be difficult moving to a different vets from one that I had used for nearly five years. However, I have no doubt that my dogs are in the best hands now going forward. “We recently boarded our dog on the weekend with them and it was really positive experience. The dogs are well take care of as there's a daily schedule full of activities and our puppy was looking so happy and relaxed when we picked her up. To make things even better the price is really affordable and they also have day care options. The only downsize is that it's quite far from the city center but that shouldn't be a problem if you have a car.”

“Everyone at Radlett grooming has been fantastic, Amy is very understanding of dealing with our dogs who are rescues. A one eyed West Highland Terrier and our two Street dogs from Egypt. They have not been used to even having a bath so Amy had her work cut out! We have been using Radlett grooming for many years. Our Lahsa Apso who will soon be sixteen started going there just after our Daughter did her work experience with Yvonne. Yvonne has supported us on a personal level with the rescue dogs and we have become great friends. I first met Yvonne when our westie locked herself in the car, Yvonne drove me all the way home to get the spare car keys but on our return Amy had managed to get the dog to unlock the car. “A wonderful cattery. I have been using Barnside for over 5 years now and board my cats three times a year. The lady owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her and her staff. My cats always come back from there very happy, having been well cared for and kept in very comfortable surroundings. I wouldn’t even contemplate taking my cats anywhere else now.”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! “On Sunday my girl Nancy went into labour. This was the 1st time I’ve ever done anything like this and didn’t really know what to expect or how long Nancy would be ok for. I called and spoke to a man called Scott who went through absolutely everything with me and what I should I expect and left it down to me when or if I should I bring her in. Scott also went over the emer hour costs on the phone, so when I did bring her in there would be no surprises. the parking wasn’t bad as it was 12am so I parked infront of next doors shop. I was greeted by Scott and the vet (I think her name was mirela) who put me at ease, made fuss of Nancy to keep her calm, they both went over what would happen from now and what roles the team have in the surgery room. When they took Nancy into the back as they was getting the room ready (I guess) I could see through the door they let her wander around with them again all making a fuss of her to keep her calm. It was the little things like seeing that which made me feel calm as I was getting upset in reception as I could see they constantly was looking out for her even before surgery. Surgery went really good after Scott came out to tell me about the puppies and then got them ready and filled the hot water bottle up (again I’ve heard some vets don’t even do that for you) whilst the vet went over all the important after details. Since her op I’ve had a couple of questions and the reception team are always so friendly! Honestly I would recommended this vet practice especially this 3 man team. Honestly it’s the little things that count. They were honestly amazing! Thank you again team!!”
