“Our 2.5 year old has been at Bright Kids for eight months since we moved to the area and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery. His talking and social skills have absolutely exploded (in a good way) since he started, and any small concerns we’ve had about his development (ie. that he couldn’t identify colours) have been really taken on board and focused on by his key person. We love the app that gives us updates and a daily diary, and the management are super approachable and always a pleasure to deal with. Our little boy has really strong bonds with both the staff and his new friends in the toddler room, and he’s really excited about moving up to the pre-school room after his third birthday. Our newborn daughter is already signed up to join the baby room in 2022 and we couldn’t recommend Bright Kids more to anyone looking for a nursery locally, purely based on how happy and settled our little boy is!”

The teachers and management are very kind, flexible and keep you informed every step of the way. This nursery the way the handles are not at height level so the kids cannot open the door the high security and also on going observations. Puts me at ease they are keeping me in the loop. Rumeysha and Priya really enjoy seeing Manav and always getting train tracks ready for when he comes in. It’s when they put that extra effort makes it a whole worth while! “Our son recently joined Creative Kids in Emerson Park. We were nervous about him going back to nursery after lockdown, as earlier in the year, he attended another nursery in Romford which was a terrible experience. From the outset, Creative Kids have been exceptional. Claire was very welcoming and was very understanding of our concerns given our experience with the other nursery - Sam spent over an hour with us before our son joined going through our various questions. Our son is dairy intolerant and in our opinion, his previous nursery did not cater for dairy intolerant children as they did for others. Creative Kids have gone out of their way to provide dairy free alternatives so he does not miss out. They keep a regular journal of what he has eaten / when he has slept / nappy changes which is sent via an online platform on a daily basis, as well as uploading pictures showing what our son has been doing. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and it is clear that they all have a great relationship with the children. At pick up, they always take the time to discuss what our son has been doing during the day and answer any questions we may have. Although he has only being attending Creative Kids for a short time, he has settled in so well and has already formed a bond with the team members. We cannot thank all the staff at Creative Kids enough for the care our son has received and look forward to seeing him develop and progress during his time at the nursery. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.”

My son started to attend Base Zero from 10 months old and as a first time mum with a lockdown baby I was very nervous at first but the staff helped him settle in really well and he’s enjoyed attending ever since. He has developed so much since attending and takes part in loads of different activities every day. The staff are all lovely and always happy, I knew from the first time I came to view the nursery it was the perfect place for my son and I was right. Would highly recommend !”
