I was very worried about sending him so young but was very reassured about the way he was cared for and I have no doubts about how safe and happy he is there. Staff are brilliant. They are conscientious, genuine and professional. They care about my child's development. If I had to nitpick I would say they could perhaps update the decor a little more which would make it look more modern and appealing."

"The owners and staff work very hard on constant improvement both in childcare and the premises. I have used the nursery for three of my children and I have always relied on knowing that I can express our needs or concerns too. They are very reasonable in fees and placed centrally which helps the busy parents when getting to work. They always listen to parents and are not rigid like some places can be. My children are and have been happy there. I would definitely recommend them warmly."

"My child has been going there over an Year or so. Worst decision made ever!!!!!! The staff are kind but unprofessional and lazy. They don't teach the kids hardly anything and EVERYDAY at 4/5 they sit all the kids down from baby's to the younger kids to watch a movie on the Tv , so the staff can relax or do whatever they are doing. They leave the kids in nappies for hours unless you pick them they change quick the soaked nappy. Especially don't take your child here if you are potty training her/him. They will put them quick into nappies to make it more convenient for them and to make their job easy. The people that own the nursery are rude and don't take easy on critics so they feel attacked and reply you back rudely/shouting. All in all , I've payed them so much money for nothing cause this is literally the worst nursery in KENT! Wish I saw the review first. Super disappointed."
