The service was good, fairly quick and friendly. Now....the food was delicious. I can't really compare to other Thai restaurants as I haven't gone to another for ages. I had a prawn pad Thai and chicken satay on the side. The best I have had. Miles better than I have made at home and a shop bought food. I would definitely recommend this place, and will return if I'm in the area.”

Got off to a rocky start as I was told on the phone that they would only need my vehicle for 1-2 hours thus said I would sit and wait, when I arrived on the day was informed this was not correct and that they would need my car for 4-5 hours. NJS took great care by getting me in one of their courtesy cars so I could get on with my day, they were prompt in doing this. Really friendly garage with a knowledgeable and helpful team. “My wife and I have just spent a very enjoyable day at the Willows birds of prey centre at Coolings Lifestyle, Knockholt, Kent. We did the one day, Introduction to Falconry course. In the morning we were instructed by Jill who went through a good selection of owls with us which we flew and handled. Jill was very knowledgeable and does indeed keep her own birds. After a light lunch which is included in the price of a ticket in the Coolings cafe, we then had an afternoon session with a keeper called Josh, who went through a lot of the birds of prey with us. Again a very knowledgeable chap who has been there quite a few years and also has birds of his own. We have been to willows before on a day ticket for a look to see what it was like before deciding to do the falconry course. In all a very enjoyable day for both myself and my wife and we would highly recommend this centre. We hope to go again next year. Thank you all, for a great day.”

As an extremely nervous patient who had many bad and traumatic experiences over the years with dentists I can honestly say Gary was so gentle through both surgeries, he had a way if talking down my extreme anxiety and I was actually laughing through my surgery! He is an incredibly talented and professional implant specialist and there is no one else I’d trust to touch my teeth. I cannot recommend Gary enough!!! If you’re nervous please do not be, you are in the best hands. Gary had given me perfect teeth - something I never ever thought I could have.”

The make up counter staff also give excellent personal service, and they sell perfumes that you cannot get elsewhere locally. Department stores in Tunbridge Wells and even in London didn't have a fragrance that I searched for, yet Paydens did! (Hoopers, Harvey Nichols didn't have it) I'd recommend Paydens to everyone!!”

The receptionists can never do enough for me and are always so helpful. Dr White is currently helping me and I must say she is very thorough, always calls back if I need to ask advice and i instantly felt comfortable. Thank you. Some reviews have been quite rude…. But you cannot please everyone and I think those people must be very hard to please or woke on the wrong side of the bed!!”
