I was the only customer in and me and the owner Ken spent the whole time chatting, mostly about photography. Many of his are on the walls, along with several other photographers. There's also a lot of music instruments hanging on the walls and ceiling, Mozart-themed chocolates and other gifts (as the name might suggest) imported from Vienna, classical music playing. Overally a nice interesting place to sit and while away some time taking in the overall ambience.”

Dave was happy for me negotiate prices knowing I was a student. I never felt pressurised. I had the time to try out all their different chairs and devices. My questions were answered. Solutions were explored. Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price. Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD. Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.”

The idea was firstly it would look great in the garden and secondly somewhere to sit in the sun or cosied up at night under a stary sky with my significant other as its quite large. Well great idea if we could get our teenage daughter out of it, has become her Tiktoc text hub, so have to consider another one now. The chair is very comfortable and sturdy and to easy to unintentionally fall asleep in it. The quality is good and we would have no hesitation in purchasing again from Rattan Garden Furniture. The online porcess was simple, delivery was very fast considering we live in Scotland and also free, amazing considering the weight of the package. Anyway will add photos, but a fantastic purchase!!”

James is excellent in helping you with choosing and designing the model to meet your needs. It took only 6 weeks to have it delivered and two full days for fitting it. The two guys who came to fit it, did a very clean and good job and were really good with on site small changes to adjust to your requirements and with the finishing touch. The wallbed looks really solid, elegant and it is made of really good materials. The mattress is good too, not thin and you would not think it is part of a wallbed. I finally have a whole room back to use with no compromise on the bed quality when it needs to be used. I am really satisfied!”
