“I don’t usually write these kind of things - but recently I’ve had some exceptional service so thought I would highlight for others. My daughters car has been a real pain with the electrics - so I took the car into Double Dee Bromley - for a start the diagnostics was v quick which gave me the opportunity to choose what to do - aka get the work done or get rid of the car - I left the car with Double Dee for 24 hours, and they managed to source the parts cheaper than they originally quoted - I must say, I was surprised that there are still good honest garages out there - not sure of the chaps name, but just wanted to say a massive thank you it was a huge relief for my daughter and I.”

“Fantastic! My car was reporting multiple faults and running poorly after a 'performance map' was installed by a different (national, well known) performance tuner. It was so bad I thought my ECU had failed. Jason examined the car thoroughly and reassured me the ECU was fine - it was the previous remap that was causing problems. He removed the old map and replaced it with one of his own. The difference is remarkable - not only are the fault codes gone, but the engine runs more smoothly, throttle pick up is linear, power and torque are just as good and, even better, I am getting 5-8% better fuel economy. Thank you Jason, for taking a car I was getting fed up with and turning it into a lovely machine. I can't recommend Jason and his son Dom highly enough - great job, lovely people.”

A mechanic visited my address and explained to me what is the damage and how it will be fixed. The explanation was very colloquial and precise. On the first day , I was given an exact cost. This was very helpful in a number of ways. I was able to match the cost to work value and make a reasonable assumption. When the car was taken to the garage, they were able to find few more areas that needed work. However, I was asked specifically whether I wanted the extra work done and they did some work for free, too. In summary , they were very professional, knew what they were doing and didn't try to charge more than what is reasonable. I couldn't stress enough about the quality of work and skill. I am still amazed at the paint work and how the body has been re-worked [Apologies if that is not the right term].”
