“We went there for a date night with my wife. We have a love of Turkey having got married there and we have been visiting the country for nearly 20 years. This restaurant is small from the outside but huge inside and super tidy and clean. The owners spotted we were new customers and made us feel totally comfortable and looked after. The food was beautiful and delicious. All the staff there were friendly. The food was amazing and looking at the pictures on the other reviews feel remiss that we didn't take any pictures. We had 3 courses and by the time we left we could hardly walk ha ha. You could not fault anything. We will definitely be back and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Avril and Lucy”

“After we placed an order with uber eats the driver went someplace else, called to deliver and had a massive argument before her left my order on the pavement and carried on with his schedule!!!!! Shortly after I notified the restaurant they were so professional and kind to have my order replaced. Such heartwarming service and the quality of the food cannot be compared to any other Greek food pitta yeeros restaurants in London! I totally recommend this place for the quality of food and service the people provide. If I could give 10 stars I would!”

“Been to many Turkish places in London but this one by far had the best meat quality and the way it’s cooked is just unbelievable! Definitely 5 stars. Only thing which can be better is the size of the sauce dressings as it’s only one spoon full and maybe dates to break your fast would be recommended. Will be coming back to try the other dishes!”

“I cannot find the words to say how amazing our meal was at Dem on Thursday night. The starters, dips and bread were delicious. The main was incredible. I had Ali Nazik - photo attached, which was so delicious and then we topped it all off with Turkish tea and baklava. The staff were so welcoming, attentive and polite. We were looked after so very well. Thank you so very much. We look forward to coming again. How lucky are we to have such a fabulous Turkish restaurant in Crystal Palace.”

“Not sure why I’ve only just discovered this place. The food is very tasteful, the staff are really pleasant, welcoming and helpful, portions are generous. You will leave full and happy. A really good meal out locally. I’ve been with friend and my family that include young children. A fantastic experience each time. Really pleased to have this restaurant on our doorstep. Will definitely be treating more family and friends to a meal out here. Perfect spot for a catch up with friends, date night, birthday treat or family dinner.”

“Absolutely loved this place. Authentic Turkish dishes cooked out on the open grill. Extensive menu with all the classics, baba ganoush, falafels and tons of Shish kebab grilled meats. Starters are around £8, mains and wine (bottle) are around £20 each. Ask about Turkish wines which are not on the menu. Great, fast service. 12.5% service charge is automatically added to your bill. Cozy atmosphere!”

“Back open after a well deserved 1 month holiday following on from being open all through Covid and doing Eat Out to Help Out, the food is just as good as ever! The starter's are varied with some really interesting things on the menu. Main courses are good and again there is a lot of different Turkish dishes ensuring variety but even if just going for a mixed kebab like me you are assured it is delicious and perfectly cooked, served with a good salad, proper Turkish bread and a choice of Rice or Bulgar which I usually chose!”

“A quick dinner turned into a lovely surprise. We sat down at this Turkish restaurant, expecting standard quality food. To our big surprise the food was above the average for this kind of venue. The interior is grand and wonderful, something that doesn’t always translate to great tasting food. Not at Deraliye. The food was superb. Adana kebab, lamb shish, calamari, hummus and all the rest of our food was very delicious. I have 2 suggestions to the management, though. Less potatoes in the octopus salad and add Künefe to the dessert menu. I was very happy with this gem of a Turkish restaurant. Noted down in my “to be repeated” list. Obviously, highly recommended.”

“Had great service here. For a Turkish spot with great competition within 1 mile, the food is prices extremely decent! So many complimentary goods including salads, sauces, breads, turkish tea etc. We did not get turkish tea but we know that would have been amazing just like the rest! First time trying a cheesy hummus, absolutely amazing! Very unique flavour and very filling. Beead was freshly served and steamed up. Salad was to die for. I feel like some turkish places can get salad wrong even though it is very simple. The rice and bulgar (you can do half and half) was sooo moist and buttery! The donner itself was pretty standard. However the lamacun was the cherry on top. Service was A1++++++++. They were very attentive. Super fast and thats why we tipped voluntarily. Thank you guys.”
