Based on previous experiences I expected a long wait for an appointment but was pleasantly surprised with the quick straightforward booking (thanks Sam!). On the day Sol explained everything thoroughly pre, during and after the procedure which was key for a newbie like me. I was also given the option for a free follow up appointment in a few weeks which I took advantage of. Although it was free it was just like a normal appointment rather than rushed like follow ups at other places. Lastly, I was sent my before and after pictures after the results have settled and all I’ll say is I wish I found this place earlier. It has been over four months since that visit and my results are still there, looking forward to my next visit! :)”

“I came across Brittany’s Dog Services during a google search because I needed to find someone to look after my 2 dogs, Tugs and Rain, for 6 weeks over Christmas/New Years. And let me tell you - finding Brittany was the BEST decision I ever made for them. Over the entire 6 weeks I received daily pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing and when anything came up, she would let me know right away! Here are two perfect examples of our situation: Towards the end of our trip, Rain developed a very itchy ear and Tugboat had a nail grow into his paw pad. Brittany told me about both issues immediately and offered to help them with my approval first. She clipped Tugboat’s nails and every day until we got back, she diligently cleaned Rain’s ear. I loved how willing and ready she was to do this for them while I was away! When I came back from my trip, Brittany had left me an organized folder with all of my paid invoices, a hand-written daily/weekly log of both pups, and her business card. I loved reading all of the notes she left about the pups every day - they were so detailed and personalized for each pup. Even the smallest and sweetest things she would notice about them she would write down! What I really loved about Brittany was how she tailored her care for my 2 dogs. One of my dogs, Tugboat, is very social and friendly with anybody. My other dog, Raindrop, is more the opposite - she is anxious and takes time to warm up to new faces. Brittany knew this and understood that Rain needed a bit of a different approach. By the end of the first week, Rain was snuggling with Brittany and became her best friend! So I know no matter what kind of temperament your dog has, Brittany has the level of training, knowledge and experience to be able to work with you! Brittany is super polite, professional, dedicated, trustworthy, honest, and absolutely LOVES dogs & loves what she does - and when you hire her, you’ll know it because it shines through her work in every facet. If you are a dog owner and you’re looking for someone to take care of your furry best friend(s), LOOK NO FURTHER. Brittany is every dog owners dream come true. I am so incredibly blessed to have found her because now my heart and mind is at ease knowing I can leave my dogs with someone whom I trust - whether that’s for 6 weeks or a few hours, Brittany will always be my go-to. “Yes, possibly the initial consultation at £70 with treatment included is a little expensive, but then if you're in constant pain, anything is worth a try. I had my first treatment and, unlike physio, where I felt better after the treatments, I noticed no difference. However, the following day, my back and nerve pain was dramatically better, unlike after ohysio when the pain usually returned the following day. The pain wasn't completely gone but the difference was dramatic. Now after 3 further treatments I've been able to return to work and am no longer in constant pain. I've even been back to the gym for the first time in two years! The Dr is very knowledgeable and the follow on treatments at £50 an hour are reasonable when compared to physiotherapy and osteopathy. I have quite a severe needle phobia, so for me to attend, much less recommend accuouncture, you can be sure that the treatments are well worth it.”

“Like many other parents my husband and I were in complete turmoil as to whether to go for helmet treatment for our 6 month old. Mr Saeed Hamid held initial consultations with us over Facetime (given the Covid-19 pandemic) when our son Rish was 4 months old. He kindly provided us with free advice to help us try and combat the flat spot that had developed naturally before even discussing any formal treatment options. He truly understood our view that treatment was something to be avoided if at all possible. After a couple of months of rigorous tummy time practice Rish's flat spot was still severe. We met with Mr Hamid at the Romford clinic to take some measurements and found that he had severe plagiocephaly (measuring 10.85mm on the asymmetry index). After a lot of deliberation we decided to go ahead with helmet treatment and couldn't be happier that we did - in fact a huge weight had lifted once we'd made the decision. Some of our concerns centred around how it would impact Rish's sleep and quite honestly it didn't at all. After approximately 5 months of treatment (which now feels like a blip in our baby's life) we achieved a reduction to 5.53mm on the asymmetry index (mild-moderate), which we are extremely happy with. As part of our treatment we trialled the 3D printed helmet that LOC has developed - we found this worked great for us as it is lighter and more breathable which helped over the warmer months. Mr Hamid was a pleasure to deal with, very patient, never pushy and always realistic about what could be achieved. The administrative team at LOC were also super helpful with arranging appointments to suit our babies ever-changing nap schedule! Thank you so much to LOC for such a positive experience!”
