It’s obvious that Shirley really loves dogs and takes excellent care of Amber whilst we are away - the regular updates of what she’s been up to are lovely (and sometimes very funny!) Medivet were trying to push us towards paying 8k in overnight drip stays and liver shunt surgery when our little guy was dying from wet FIP. The lovely nurse that dealt with us spotted the tell tales on the first visit and went above and beyond, even ringing me at 8pm on a Friday night to discuss his bloods results.”

“Superb reliable garage, honest and only did what was necessary for servicing my Mercedes. Previously they also fixed my coolant pump which was quite a big job due to the dismantling needed to get to it. Be sure to book in advance though as their reputation precedes them.”

I check my vehicle in and went for a stroll. It should have been ready on my return after 45 mins, but unfortunately there was an issue with the computers. This was clearly explained to me in a nice way and another 30 minutes later the care was ready to drive away. I cannot fault the team at Halfords Grays. Well done!”

The two artists Lisa and Cia are two of the funniest and nicest people I’ve ever met and made the experience so much more enjoyable. Lisa who designed and created my tattoo done it to perfection and couldn’t of asked anyone better to do it for me. Not only that the shop is super clean, very good value for money and the environment is so special. Me and my best friend wanted matching tattoos and Victor was the one who I dealt with from booking the appointment to drawing the tattoo. He was so professional yet so friendly. His drawing of the design we wanted was even better than the one we saw online. “Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“BMW F10 M5 - I write this review for anyone who like myself has been researching recommended garages and have been recommended GND. I would approach any garage with hesitation, especially if dealing with any high performance car. Petyo (Proprietor) unlike others, did quickly gain my trust from our first conversation because I could quickly understand he understood not the only the work I wanted done, but how it would be achieved. Rod bearings, injectors and stem seals (and a host of other niggly bits) I think the proof was in the pudding when I arrived to see a host of BMW M Cars from M3s, M5s and M6s. Not only the M cars waiting to been seen too waiting outside in the fenced off court yard, but the 5 or 6 M cars already being prepared or worked on inside their garage. My gut feeling was right, and I trusted it and I’m pleased I did. I’ve collected the car now and it’s clearly obvious that what they have done is remarkable. Regular updates and a very straight to the point approach that worked for me. I will be using GND again without hesitation and for anyone finding them selfs in this same position; please pm me on the BMW F10 M5 Facebook group.”

They gave me two quotes based on location of treatment and provided me a genuine advice. “We have been using Turner & Pooch for over 5 years both in Upminster & now in Shenfield and they have always provided an excellent service. They are friendly, reliable and go the extra mile. Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting - Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy. We highly recommend their services.”

“We used "mollys" some years back with our miniature schnauzer Maisie, she always looked forward to her "haircuts" the staff were always welcoming, polite and did a great job with her, it's a shame we now live 70 odd miles away otherwise we would still be using them now !
