“Great food served promptly. Bit of a queue outside on a Sunday night, but stuck with it and glad we did as the queue shifted to nothing in less than five minutes. Just the right amount of time reading the menu before the waitress asked for our order, which came less than 10 minutes later. All freshly prepared and bang on to the descriptions in the menu. The dishes looked exactly like the menu which is rare these days. Waitress was quick with the next round of drinks and then the bill. Couldn't really ask for more, thank you Yasmin.”

“Tend to use this Halfords regularly for both car's MOT's as short walk from home so convenient to drop off and walk back without feeling like I'm going out of the way. Last week got 2 tyres and full wheel alignment and very happy with the work. This week major service booked in, couple of bits needing topping up/replacing all done future advisories given and Antonio, manager, was very friendly and helpful as well as giving advice on how to get some money off/back (e.g. through free motoring club sign up).”

“I recently used Romans to let out my property in Staines-Upon-Thames and have been delighted with the service they provided. I advertised my property through their website after a really thorough and helpful meeting with one of their estate agents, Akash. This was my first experience of leasing out a property and Akash took the time to explain all the services they could provide in great detail and advised me based on his experience which was so helpful. I actually liaised with three estate agents in the area to advertise my property, but Romans stood out above the rest. The tenant moved in just as the lockdown was enforced and I was worried about the continuity of service. But Romans dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. When there were any issues to be resolved, another estate agent, Alex has been very helpful in getting things done during the lockdown. I’ve recently been helped by Heather who has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service, particularly helping me when my boiler broke down and I was having trouble getting a British Gas engineer to come out to fix it. She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints! I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.”

“I was travelling back up North on the M25 when my runflat tyre decided to split on the inner edge. I needed to pull off sharpish and to get it looked at. I managed to find a KwikFit at the Causeway, Staines. Kristian S and Maywand H couldn't have been more helpful and managed to get my car on the ramp in no time at all, they identified the issue with the split tyre and another bulge on the other tyre too. Priced up some new Pirelli PZERO and told me about the available deals to save me some cash online through the website. The two guys checked my front tyres too and advised on current condition. I also told them about the aircon system not blowing cold air and they even managed to fit me in for a regas straight after! I could not rate these guys working at KwikFit highly enough. “I did bit of shop around before finally decide to drop the car. They ask me £230 to fix the car. But to my surprise when I went to collect the car they only charge me £170. The owner of the garage explained me that the cost of the parts were less. I was really impressed with their honesty and they did complete the job on time. Very polite and professional!!! Overall all I really want to say job well done!!!!”
