“Can`t comment on quality of products only customer service. Ordered two mattresses for over £900, however on the next day requested a cancelation of my order, because I was still unsure what type of mattresses to buy. Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.”

“Extremley loved VJM motors. Searched local mechanics and he was able to assit same day, initially thought it was just the break pads needing to change but he advised break disks was also in need to change, and gave strict advise not to change pads without new discs, witch after seeing the damage realised it was a smarter move.
