You go for personal stuff and some salons make u feel horrid about yourself. Not here I've had various treatments all carried out to a high standard and always made to feel comfortable. She didn’t try to do what she thought was best but discussed any suggestions with me first. The colour is amazing. She was conscientious and really showed attention to detail. It took a long time but it is by far the best colour I have ever had and I have had my hair dyed for the last 14 years. The cut looks great and I walked out feeling amazing. I loved the atmosphere. She explained the process really well and was patient whilst my daughter picked her earrings.
