But this was a great experience, the staff were very patient, and have done an amazing job. The boys particularly likes the lollipops that the staff were very generous with. So my son is so exited and happy there and not even realising that he actually is doing his hair. The lady there is very kind with the children and professional. “We visited Lucinda's together (mother & daughter) , in search for a dress to wear to a wedding. From the minute we walked in , we were warmly welcomed by the three ladies. Not only did we see the most gorgeous, unique evening gowns and accessories but we both came out with a stunning dresses each. The range in styles and sizes were great for us and suited to our age. The staff made us feel confident in ourselves and it was overall a lovely experience. I recommend Lucinda's for the perfect prom dresses or wedding guest dresses. “If you have a child, who is not keen about hairdressing, this is the place to go. My son has special needs and absolutely hates anyone touching his hair and is totally terrified of shavers and similar. It took long time and many attempts (every time brilliant hairdresser did eventually managed to get him cut) and today he is actually sitting in the chair, all by himself, without being held down and is having his hair cut done.”

The customer service is fantastic; Saima updated me about my order and also confirmed and re-confirmed the measurements. They made a lovely mother and daughter matching outfits to my request! “It's a very convenient store, with parking near some kids play areas so you can drop the kids and spend some time shopping and can go for a little cheeky lunch or dinner after. They have plenty of stock in store and you can also do click and collect. Usually not very busy either and prices are sometimes cheaper compared to Selco and definitely cheaper than B&Q.”
