This is something that most people who charge fees for providing very important services to the public are totally incapable of providing and as demonstrated day after day are also totally devoid of any form of conscience. Graeme Mackay is one of a very small select number of Financial Advisers that do their job exceptionally well on behalf of their clients and therefore could not be more highly recommended. Graeme listens to what my requirements are and asks relevant questions. Discusses the sort of options available that will meet my requirement. Sources relevant products and then discusses them with me to make sure I understand the product Reviews my investments and advises me of any changes I should make, in particular if investemnts are not performing What could your adviser do better? I think Graeme does everything required, he spends a lot of time with me going through all my requirements, discussing the financial issues for and against. Comes up with suitable products which he explains to me. Reviews changing needs and the performance of my investments. Graeme is easy to talk to, he is patient when I don't understand anything and I he takes on board my requirement. I would be sad to loose him as my Financial Advisor”

Our kitchen installation was large and had the added complexity of having to be designed and ordered before the space had been completed. There were some unexpected challenges but John adapted things and advised us on how to protect the kitchen when other works had to continue. Any issues were resolved very quickly. 9 months on, the kitchen is still beautiful and very functional. I ordered the parts he told me. When I received the parts, I messaged him and we arranged a time and a time for him to visit my flat. He came to my place as scheduled, completed the job, charged me at an agreed price. the flushing was quite weak. He came back a bit later and fixed the problem without charging me extra. I was very satisfied with his job.”
